You must have a sincere desire to improve your self esteem and then you'll already be on the path to success so do not let your dwindling self esteem ruin your life because the way you think about yourself will affect your dealings with others. A bad image of oneself has never helped anyone else and it definitely won't help you because all it can do for you, is plunge you into a depression, anger, grudge, fear and the other effects that it generates. Rework the way you think and control your state of mind because you need to believe that you are worth much more than you actually believe or you will remain at the foot of the ladder and never even test your weight on the first rung.
